Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Secretary for a top AmLaw50 firm located in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize archives on the File site.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and depositions.
  • Arrange transport of exhibits and materials for hearings and trials.
  • Process invoices and reimbursement requests.
  • Provide travel support and logistical arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and mail distribution.
  • Schedule court reporters and videographers.
  • File, organize, scan, copy, and fax legal documents.
  • Assist with printing requests.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.
  • Litigation experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Schedule: Hybrid after 60 days – two days remote
