Sr, Manager, Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics - Contract - Basking Ridge NJ

Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Sr Manager of Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will oversee clinical programs, manage investigational product (IP) supply requirements, and ensure efficient distribution processes. Your work will align with regulatory standards and contribute to process improvements. You will collaborate with various teams to support both internally sourced and partnered studies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in clinical supply chain management.
• Proficiency with Interactive Response Technologies (IRT) such as IVRS/IWRS.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Problem-solving skills and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

The Sr, Manager, Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics' responsibilities will be:

• Lead drug supply management for clinical programs, including demand forecasting.
• Manage timelines to fit alongside study plans and overall development goals.
• Oversee IP inventory strategy and advise on resupply activities.
• Coordinate IP shipment orders to ensure timely delivery to investigator sites.
• Develop and manage strategies for drug return, destruction, and expiry management.
• Collaborate on ancillary and comparator supply strategies.
• Provide input and approval for IP-related study documents and tools.
• Represent Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics in cross-functional study teams.
• Contribute to budget management and vendor selection for IP-related services.
• Lead vendor management for IP service providers.
• Compile and report supply status to study teams and senior management.

Compensation:

• $80 to $95 per hour
